Recently, the company signed a contract with a wafer fabrication enterprise in East China to provide a complete ultra-pure water (UPW) system solution for its 12-inch chip production line. The system is engineered to achieve purity levels as low as parts per trillion (PPT), with key components made from internationally certified materials, thereby meeting the most stringent purity requirements in semiconductor manufacturing and breaking the long-standing reliance on imported solutions in this field.
