Description
Welkin constantly applies modern new technology and new concept to improve production technology of centrifugal pump. This product confroms to GMP standard and traditional auality standard, besides, it has more superior performance, higher efficiency and longer service life, users can get more benefits from it
Characteristics and advantages
· The impeller is designed as open type impeller, which deepens the inlet cavity of impeller, enhance the inlet feature of pump and avoid cavitation, with sanitary mirror polishing.
· The impeller and shaft are designed as taper matching, and the locking nut is provided with seal to prevent the liquid from entering the shaft sleeve and thread, or else, dead corner will be produced.
· The mechanical seal is so designed that there is no bolt and apring contacting material, which can be thoroughly cleaned without any pollution.
· The pump body is provided with drain valve to discharge residual iquid so as to guarantee there is no dead corner.
· Materials: the liquid passing parts ( wetted parts ) can be made of 316L or 304. The roughness after fine miror polishing is Ra<0.4um
· The parts and connections that the liquid will pass must be cleaned and there shall have no residuals aftet cleaning and sterilization, so as to realize the sanitary and aseptic conception in a real sense.

WKSP-L: Separation of the shaft and impeller; Flange connection Advantage: The intermediate transition shaft lengthens the distance between motor and pump to improve thermal performance
Advantage
Vane and shaft sleeve are forged integrally, and directly installed on the output shaft of the motor, with high strength and rigidity, easy to install, high precision, which can ensure concentricity and solve vibration trouble and increase the pump's strength. Even if under very bad operation conditions, it can always be kept centering small vibration, with the longest service life of sealing.
