Features
Sanitary magnetic mixer is a bottom entry type mixer through magnetic drive, a new mixing style of full closed no leaking, no pollution. Because of it's magnetic drive without driven shaft make non-contact torque transfer, silence seal ( separation sleeve ) instead of dynamic seal ( driven shaft ) , which can completely solve the leaking problem of mechanical seal . The mixer is mainly applicated for pharmaceutical, food industry for dissolving, stirring, mixing, feeding, etc. The mixer is composed of inside magnet ( with impeller ) separation sleeve, living bearing, out magnet, driving unit, the wetted parts are made of stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316L ( for selection ) ACJ and BCJ series is New design which is an improvement based on the CJ series. Have gotthe 3A certigication.
Advantage

Application
· Maindly be used in stainless steel reaction tanks, fermentation tank, feeding tank, storage tanks mixing for manufacturing following material Infusion solutions, Small injections, vaccines, blood products, insulin, oral liquid, etc.
Cleaning
· The mixer impeller has different flow channel, the fluid from bearing and inside magnet ( impeller ) can keep cleaning continously. lmmerge the inside magnet to the ClP liquid, and start the mixer for circulation cleaning, the effect will be better, suitable for ClP and SlP.
