It is primarily suitable for the dispersion and mixing of materials that require dispersion, crushing, fine grinding, deagglomeration, homogenization, emulsification, and other similar processes.
Features of the Welkin High-Shear Emulsification System
· Sterility assurance;
· Complies with ASME BPE, ISPE, CGMP, EU, and FDA standards, meeting global pharmaceutical equipment requirements;
· Reactor or mixing tank processing capacity: 10–10,000 L
· The system is designed with a modular architecture, fabricated in the factory on a 1:1 scale, and subjected to comprehensive functional testing (with fully equipped utility systems on site), thereby enhancing the quality and speed of system delivery while reducing on-site installation, commissioning, and validation time.
· Custom batch reports can be tailored to customer requirements, presenting comprehensive records of CIP, SIP, integrity testing, and production—including associated process curves. The system automatically logs the parameters and steps for each batch’s production, cleaning, or sterilization processes, generates batch reports automatically, and enables on-demand retrieval and printing, thereby ensuring data traceability and reliability.
· Programming is based on ISPE guidelines, with modular construction of the underlying control logic and recipe-based management, ensuring compliance with the ISA88 standard and meeting batch-processing requirements.
· Can provide and execute validation protocols such as RA, RTM, VP, DQ, IQ, and OQ, and assist with PQ support.
