Multiple Emulsification tank, which uses high-speed homogenization head to push the material in the center of the rotor to the stator at high speed, passes through the tooth gap of the stator, and achieves the purpose of emulsification by shearing, colliding and crushing between the rotor and the stator. This equipment is a new type of vacuum emulsification equipment which integrates the functions of homogenization, emulsification, mixing, dispersion, Purging, heating and cooling. It is mainly suitable for cosmetics, food, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals and other industries. The paste, cream (or colloid) ,suspension solutions are homogenized, emulsified and mixed in vacuum for high-quality products, the design and manufacture of the equipment fully meet cGMP standards.
