The CIP module is a system that integrates components such as tanks, centrifugal pumps, heat exchangers, valves, instrumentation, and piping to provide automated in-line cleaning services for process equipment. CIP modules are typically designed according to specific process requirements to deliver an optimized CIP strategy tailored to the customer’s needs. Dosing pumps are used to automatically prepare cleaning-agent solutions, while low-conductivity sensors determine the endpoint of the cleaning cycle for the target equipment or system. Application 
1. Pharmaceutical Industry 
· Cleaning of process equipment for solid dosage forms (high-shear mixers, fluidized-bed systems, IBCs, coating machines, etc.); 
· Cleaning of liquid pharmaceutical process equipment (solution preparation tanks, storage tanks, emulsification tanks, homogenizers, freeze dryers, BFS equipment, etc.); 
· Cleaning of biopharmaceutical process equipment (including fermenters, media preparation/storage tanks, buffer preparation systems, centrifuges, depth filtration modules, homogenizers, ultrafiltration modules, chromatography systems, and downstream purification process piping/tank systems, among others); 
· Cleaning of chemical API process equipment (reactor systems, centrifuges, dryers, refining/drying/packaging equipment, etc.). 
2. Food and Beverage Industry 
· Dairy industry: Cleaning aseptic milk storage tanks, fermentation tanks, centrifuges, homogenizers, filling lines, and other equipment to ensure the removal of residual milk fat and protein; 
· Beer and beverage industry: cleaning of fermentation tanks, pipelines, filling machines, and other equipment. 
3. Chemical Industry 
· Reactors and piping systems: Clean chemical reactors, heat exchangers, and other equipment to prevent runaway reactions caused by chemical residues; 
· Cosmetics and daily-use chemicals: Removal of complex residues (such as oils, emulsifiers, etc.) from formulation tanks, storage tanks, and pipelines to meet hygiene standards.
