Description
ZTSP axial flat vane pump is to improve the inlet front to the end of the shaft based on the flat vane pump, so theseal will not be damaged when working under the neg-ative pressure. can solve the mechanical seal's problem of wear resistant the pump will be working better, bettrsafety, safety and widely used.
Difference
1. The inlet of the common centrifugal pump is front of the casing. The inlet of the ZJSP pump in the behind of the casing, the direction is the same as the drive shaft. The advantage of this structure as below;
2. The common centrifugal pump's shaft seal is using mechanical seal. ZJSP is using the lip seal. The advantage of this structure as below
Advantage
· The inlet is in the negative pressure when the pump isworking, so the shaft seal will not leak, To lower the requestof the shaft seal.
· The motor shaft will not be bounced as for the differentpressure of the outlet to rub the casing by the impeller.
· The seal will not be broken by the engine race.
· The seal will not be broken by the liquid with particle.
· It's easy to change the seal.
· The cost of the seal is only 20% of the mechanical seal.
· The seal is much easier to be clean than mechanical seal.no dead angle. According to GMP and FDA standard
