Description
The rotary lobe pump is also called as rotor pump, colloid pump, trefoil pump. lt is a gear type pump which belongs to positive displacement pump. The lobe pump is suitable for transferring high viscosity liquid ( which included some small particles sometimes ) , need be softly transferred without any damage .It is widely used for food, beveragte, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc industry, Sanitary design ensures the pump structure essentially reaches the hygienic and free of blind corner, and ensure which compliance with the requirements of GMP, FDA.
TRA Lobe pump is designed and reformed by Welkin's on the basis of traditional TR model pump, so as to make its performance more excellent, its structure more compact and beautiful, and its eficiency higher. Structure it adopts integral coupling assembly, which can make the machine more compact ( lits lenath can be shortened 100-250mm ) and save landing area.
Function optimization:
It adopts integral coupling assembly, which can reduce the power consumption of elastic shaft coupler, noise and abrasion, thus increasing efficiency. It has the minimum internal sliding and longer service life.
Application

Advantage
· SRT rotor pump has more reasonable structure, conyenient disassembly and installation, and lower technical reauirements for mechanic than TR type.
· Mechanical seal replacement more convenient, simple.
· The whole stainless steel shell is beautiful and sanitary, without the risk of paint falling off and rusting and contaminat.
