Description
The high shear dispersing emulsifying pump is a product of high efficiency which combines mixing , dispersing, crushing, dissolving, refining, depoly merizing, as well as homogenizing and emulsifying as a whole, and main working parts of it are made up of stator and rotors. The centrifugal force and fluid power produced by the quick running rotor will drive the stator to process the material, including the operation of intensively shearing, centrifugally extruding, impacting and breaking, liquid layer attrition and even turbulent, by which a great variety of materials of solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase that cannot dissolve will be evenly refined, dispersed and emulsified instantly. After reciprocating circulation, the finished product will be stable andhas high quality.
Features
The emulsifying pump is the high performance equipment applied to continuous production and circular processing of fine material inside the narrow space of its chamber is assembled with a group of dualgeared stators and rotors of multiayer. The material is inhaled into chamber by the strong axial attractive force produced by fastturning rotor driven by motor. In the shortest time, the material will be processed by the operation of dipersing, shearing and emulsifying, after which the size distribution is within a narrow range, and the finished product will be fine and stable during a longperiod.
