Characteristics
With a rotational speed of 3,600–9,000 RPM, this ultra-high-speed operation increases the rotor’s peripheral velocity, achieving nanoscale homogenization and emulsification. It is particularly suitable for applications—such as cell disruption—that cannot be adequately handled by conventional emulsifying pumps.
Equipment Features
· Ultra-high-speed operation, with high line speed and high shear rate; line speed reaches 30–40 m/s.
· A unique design enables adjustable clearance between the rotor and stator, with a minimum clearance of 0.2 mm;
· Multi-stage and multi-layer design to enhance homogenization efficiency;
· Equipped with a cooling system to maintain constant physical temperature.
