Equipment Features
· The systems are all designed as complete turnkey solutions, with a unique modular architecture that enables a compact arrangement on a stainless-steel frame. By leveraging 3D design software and adhering to robust design standards and best practices in engineering management, we ensure that each equipment module features a rational, space-efficient layout that is easy to operate and maintain, while minimizing the overall footprint.
· The electrical and automatic control systems are also integrated into the module, thereby enabling factory acceptance testing to be truly carried out.
· All metal components in contact with clean utility systems shall be made of SS316L or SS304 stainless steel. All non-metallic components in contact with clean utility systems shall be made of FDA-approved materials.
